The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
✅ Accurate rent entry and processing of rental payments
✅ Following up on unpaid rents and resolving account queries
✅ Performing bank reconciliations
✅ Processing creditor and supplier payments
✅ Processing rent supplement applications
✅ Preparing monthly landlord statements
✅ Responding promptly and professionally to account queries via phone and email
✅ Maintaining accurate block management and financial records
✅ Supporting the accounts team with ad hoc accounting and administrative duties as required
✅ Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role (property or professional services experience is desirable)
✅ Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
✅ Excellent organisational and time-management skills
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
✅ Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
✅ Full-time, permanent position
